Recruitment for 12th Pass In Railway | Govt.Job


In terms of Railway Board instructions, a Railway Recruitment Cell has been formed in Hubli, Karnataka in the year 2007 for undertaking the work of Group ‘D’ recruitment for South Western Railway.  South Western Railway is one of the newly formed Railways, formed in the year 2003, consisting of 3 Divisions viz. Hubli, Bangalore and Mysore and two Workshops at Hubli and Mysore.  The Headquarters of the Zone is at Hubli, Karnataka.  The jurisdiction of South Western Railway covers entire Karnataka State, Goa State and parts of Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu. 
Indian Railways is inviting applications for jobs on many posts and in this recruitment the people will be selected under the sports quota. The South Western Division of Railways has applied for 21 unreserved posts and the desired candidates can apply for these posts before 12 February 2018. The information related to this recruitment is as follows:
Qualification : Candidates who have been 12th from any recognized board in this recruitment can apply by going to the official website. However, the skill test of candidates will also be taken for some posts and on the basis of which the candidates will be selected.
Pay Scale : Candidates, who are selected in the recruitment, will be given Rs 5,200 to Rs 20200 per pay scale and grade pay of Rs.1800-2000 as per group C grade.
Age Range : In the recruitment, applicants upto the age of 18 and upto 25 years can apply and for any reserved category the age limit has not been granted.
Application Fee : In order to apply for recruitment, candidates will have to pay a fee of 500 rupees, whereas the reserved category candidates will have to pay a fee of 250 rupees.
Selection Process : Candidates will be selected on the basis of sports quotas, in which education qualification, achievements etc will be kept in mind.
