Candidate Profile:
* Candidate should be BCom / BBA / BBM / BA / MBA / MCom / MA experienced in Capital Market or Brokerage or Reconciliation or Trade Support.
* Industry Experience 2+ years in general brokerage industry knowledge
* Analyze data to identify areas to optimize efficiency, improve processes, gaps/inconsistencies and/or training. Then collect, compile and report out results of the reviews.
* Compliance experience from Corporate banking, traditional brokerage.
